Putting revolutionized with a patented heel counterweight technology.

Axis1 owns the patents for placing the center of gravity of a putter, exactly on the center of the striking face and in line with the axis of the shaft. A feat never accomplished in the history of golf and creating the world’s first Perfectly Balanced/ Torque Free Putters.

Axis1 vs. Other Putters

Inventor Luis Pedraza Explains Axis1 Technology

The Axis1 difference

Perfect balance
Putter remains square at address and travels perpendicular to your swing path.
Torque-free
Putter will not twist open at address or windshield wipe open throughout your swing nor will it twist upon hitting the ball.
Patented technology
For the very first time, our patented heel counterweight places the center of gravity in the center of the striking face and in line with the axis of the shaft.
3rd major putter innovation
Following the evolutions of perimeter weighting and alignment features on putters comes Axis1’s revolutionary Perfect Balance/ Torque Free Technology.

Feel the difference

Axis1 putters are truly unique – and you will feel it throughout your stroke. Our putters are designed not to turn or twist, especially at impact, allowing for a lighter grip, for better feel and distance control.

Founded on innovation

Axis1 founder, Luis Pedraza, is an internationally-acclaimed industrial designer with over 40 patents. Throughout his career, Mr. Pedraza has been awarded numerous design awards including BusinessWeek’s Design Excellence Award, the SMAU Design Award and the Apex Design Award. Mr. Pedraza’s passion for golf led him to inventing Axis1 putters after recognizing a critical flaw in contemporary putter design: that all major putters on the market today are actually out of balance.
